About Us

Hey There

“I’m Reema, a self-taught artist and creative entrepreneur who has found her voice through art. I am keen on teaching others how to find their inner creative voice.”.

I NEVER THOUGHT OF Being An Artist

In fact, I always dreamt of becoming a civil servant, and art has always been my hobby. Failures change us in irreversible ways, and I began Sprinkles & Splash to distract myself. Sharing and expressing my artwork made me happy. but I never planned to earn from it. Until the resignation due to corporate politics resigning left me with just ‘ME’.

Life Pushed Me To Follow My Passion

Sitting alone, I hung three big canvases on the wall of my rented apartment and started painting clouds. Each stroke that I painted healed me. I knew I couldn’t do anything else, and I couldn’t work for anyone else. I kept painting, designing, participating in exhibitions and pop-ups, teaching, conducting events, creating content, managing social media, building a website, expanding to different cities, researching and developing products, marketing, selling & managing finances waiting for all of this to make sense someday!

THE BEGINNING

Growing up, I was the kid who was super sincere and excited about drawing classes in school. I was good at drawing, painting, and making all the difficult diagrams for everyone. I never let that child in me die, and painting, sketching, or crafts would always fill me with immense happiness.

THE EARLY DAYS

I experimented a lot with different mediums and art forms. I wanted to learn and understand everything related to art around me. The student in me studied and worked sincerely to find my footing. I worked with oils, acrylics, watercolors, gouache, inks, knives, clay, sculptures, murals, mandalas, abstracts, and detailed sketches. I went wild, which helped me gain knowledge about multiple aspects of art.

THE WORKSHOP PHASE

I stumbled across the concept of an art workshop while purchasing art supplies, & it acted as a breakthrough moment in my art journey. I believe in imparting the right knowledge & building a positive community. I re-discovered my newfound passion for TEACHING. Within just one year, I’ve taught thousands of students in my offline art workshops and virtual classes. I’ve expanded networks to various cities, met beautiful souls & made new friends weaving through the thread of ART.

CREATING “SIMPLY MOSAICS”

Mirror Mosaic Artworks acted as a breakthrough in many ways. My first reel itself went viral, getting more than a million views overnight, leading to my account experiencing the highest engagement. I received my first bulk commercial order for Mirror Mosaics, and the research and development that went into its professional finishing led to the development of my first successful viral product, ‘Simply Mosaics’.

WORKING PROFESSIONALLY

I am a commerce student, and each day I am putting my business, marketing, and legal knowledge to the best use! I am committed to professional conduct, and it has helped me stay focused. From creating and maintaining business IDs to obtaining trademarks, from creating a website to company registration, I learned lessons that no job could teach. I continue to face challenges and note my learnings. From a girl painting in her cozy corner to an entrepreneur handling Sprinkles & Splash® Private Limited, a registered legal entity now, I have grown as an artist.

FOUND MY CALLING

In the midst of confusion and chaos, an artist finds SILENCE. I had never thought of becoming an artist, and I refrained from calling myself one until last year. Art for me is something that cannot be put into words. It’s that inner little feeble voice that speaks to me, and I’ll always let it guide me.

A New Dream!

Today, I’m utilizing all the skills I acquired from school, college, civil service preparation, and my days working in HR to manage each day. Every day brings a new learning opportunity and growth!

I have the most supportive parents, and it’s because of them that I have been able to make difficult decisions with utmost courage and a smile.
