“Up in the Sky” is a set of three paintings that capture the
serene beauty of clear blue skies
and fluffy white clouds. These
are not just paintings but a
reflection of a deeply personal
journey. I
painted them during a time of
transition—having left my job,
sitting in an empty apartment,
unsure of what was next. In a
moment of impulse and clarity, I
stuck three large canvases on
the wall and began painting
clouds. Stroke by stroke, I felt a
wave of relief and happiness
wash over me. These clouds are
the happiest I have ever painted,
and looking at them still fills me
with a sense of joy and calm.
They are a testament to finding
solace in the simplest moments
and embracing the unknown with
an open heart
Cloud Obsession
Clouds have been my constant companions and muses since childhood. Every evening, I would escape to the terrace, gazing up at the sky, mesmerized by the ever-changing shapes, colors, and forms of the clouds. They have always been
more than just fleeting puffs of white—they are a reminder of the boundless possibilities and magic that life holds. From
their soft wisps to towering billows, clouds teach us about change, movement, and the beauty of impermanence. This
artwork is an ode to my lifelong obsession with clouds, capturing their delicate dance across the sky and preserving those
moments of wonder. Painting them allows me to keep a piece of the sky, reliving the joy and inspiration they have brought
me time and time again.

The Warm Palette is my sanctuary, my go-to shades that never fail to ignite my creativity. There’s something deeply resonant about the vibrant hues of red, orange, yellow, and the golden touches of ochre. These colors are more than just pigments; they are powerful,
evocative, and rooted in my cultural heritage. In Indian tradition, these shades are sacred, representing strength, vitality, and
spirituality.
My fascination with these colors extends to the mesmerizing hues of fire, which I often capture through fluid art techniques. The
dynamic movement, the flickers of red and orange, and the dance of light and shadow make every painting come alive with intensity
and emotion. I am especially drawn to creating autumn scapes with these colors—each stroke feels like capturing the sun’s warmth, the
rustling leaves, and the glow of nature’s cycle.
The brightness of this palette is unmatched; it’s strong, empowering, and deeply connected to the core of who I am. Each painting is an
exploration of the warmth that these hues bring, a celebration of life, and a homage to the sacred vibrancy that has inspired countless
generations. For me, working with the Warm Palette is a journey back to the roots, a reminder of the beauty that lies in the everyday
